Raising Awareness for Breast Cancer Research During the Month of October!

Beginning October 1, submit your best Football, Cheerleading or Dance Pink Games photos for a chance to be a Pop Warner Pink Games Team of the Week, and win a prize from Pop Warner and it's participating sponsors!

We want to see how your local organization is participating and helping to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Research.

Please post your best photos from your events on Facebook OR Instagram (using the hashtag #PopWarnerPink) that showcase Pop Warner Pink Pride along with a brief description of your photo(s). Your favorite photos should show us what you’ve been doing for this great cause (pink out's, fundraisers, uniforms, cheers, etc.).

Each week in October, a panel of judges will select the top photos from the week and feature them on the Pop Warner Social Media Pages for you, the fans, to vote for the winner!

Voting will be open over the weekend to determine the week’s top photo. The team with the most votes/likes will be the Pop Warner Pink Games Team of the Week. The winning team will win a prize and be showcased on the Pop Warner National social media pages.

• All entries must be from Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. (PWLS) members in good standing.
• Contest is open to Pop Warner Football, Cheerleading and Dance teams.
• Photographs must be posted on Facebook OR Instagram using the hashtag #PopWarnerPink to be eligible.
• Entries must be submitted by the stated deadlines and in the format specified.
• No more than two (2) entries shall be considered per team, per week.
• Finalists for each week shall be selected by a panel of judges. All decisions are Final.
• The deadline for entries is each Thursday in October at 5 p.m. EST.
• Weekly voting will be open each week from Friday (3 p.m. EST) through Sunday (8 p.m. EST).
  
• Any alterations to photographs shall render the photograph submitted ineligible including but not limited to changing colors, adding elements such as copy, logos/marks or other items, and/or photoshopping.
• Entries that in the sole and absolute discretion of PWLS include any offensive and/or inappropriate content will not be accepted.
• Entries must include Pop Warner subject matter to be eligible.

COMMUNICATION AND PROMOTIONAL CONSENT:

As a condition to participating, I hereby consent to receive communications via email and mail from Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. and its partners. I understand that Pop Warner Little Scholars does not sell its contact lists and communications sent may contain program information as well as special offers and may be opted out of by following the instructions in the email or via written request to the Pop Warner National Office. Furthermore, I hereby stipulate that I have full ownership rights and/or permissions to the submitted photograph(s) and grant to Pop Warner the absolute right and permission to make, reproduce, broadcast or otherwise use such likenesses and photographs in whatever form or media in connection with participation in Pop Warner throughout the universe in perpetuity and in any and all advertising and promotion materials, in any manner or media whatsoever for purposes of art, advertising, editorial, trade or promotion or any other purpose whatsoever. To the extent that any benefit accrues or may accrue to Pop Warner, I hereby and forever waive any interest in or claim to such benefits and acknowledge that Pop Warner is under no obligation to exercise any rights granted herein.
