5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: 5th and 6th Grade Scholar Registration
6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.: 5th and 6th Grade Tribute Event

Since the Saturday evening Dinner Program is a balance of recognizing adult honorees and the Scholars, the Friday evening (5th & 6th Grade) and Saturday morning (7th & 8th+ Grade) ceremonies provide the opportunity to focus solely on the children. These events will include brief congratulatory remarks from various speakers. Each scholar in attendance will receive a certificate of accomplishment and a chance to win donated prizes through a complimentary raffle at the conclusion of the ceremony. A professional photographer and videographer will also be on hand.

7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.: 7th and 8th Grade Scholar Registration
9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.: 7th and 8th Grade Tribute Event

5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: General Reception
6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.: 57th Annual Pop Warner Scholastic Banquet

In the evening, Pop Warner recognizes its top scholar-athletes and deserving adults in the sports industry who have contributed to the advancement of academics and/or athletics. Scholarships are presented to the Senior Scholars and Top Male and Female Scholar in each of the younger grades. Scholar-athletes attending shall have the opportunity prior to the event to apply to be award presenters, and finalists will be selected in advance to present the awards to distinguished individuals for their contributions to athletics, youth, and community. The evening also features a silent auction of autographed memorabilia, a 50-50 and an autograph signing for scholar-athletes only.
