Earlier in the year, officials at Donruss Playoff announced their exclusive relationship with Pop Warner football. Over the Thanksgiving holiday, Pop Warner held their regional championships to determine who will compete the first week in December for the prestigious Pop Warner Super Bowl title. Held every year at Disney in Orlando, Florida, this year's championship game will be shown nationally on ESPN.

The event will be held December 3rd thru the 9th, and it’s a week full of fun, football and cheerleading.

Donruss Playoff will be on-hand throughout the week, distributing thousands of trading card packs and samples to kids at Disney. Promotional packs of trading cards will be handed out during the week, as well as special Pop Warner cards. Six special cards of former Pop Warner alumni were created to be distributed during the week. The six players included in the set are Jake Delhomme, Derrick Brooks, Larry Fitzgerald, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart and LaDainian Tomlinson. 

"We are proud to be associated with such a great name as Pop Warner Little Scholars," said Donruss Playoff Vice President Mike Anderson. "We have been focused this year on introducing cards to kids and our relationship with Pop Warner has allowed us to reach out to thousands of youth football organizations across the country." 

Donruss Playoff will produce and distribute over 2,000 special Pop Warner Super Bowl sets during the final games Friday and Saturday. The packs will contain six Pop Warner alumni that are popular names to us all. Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, Donovan McNabb, Larry Fitzgerald, LaDainian Tomlinson and Marcus Allen will be featured on the trading cards that will also have the official 50th Pop Warner Super Bowl log on the card front.
